Access to information is a fundamental public right for effective political participation and social control. Assuming this premise, Ação Educativa adopts transparency parameters listed in the Law on Access to Information (Law 12,527 / 2011), in the Regulatory Framework of Civil Society Organizations (Law 13,019 / 2014) and in the OSCIPs Law (Law 9,790 / 1999).
