The Espaço Cultural Periferia no Centro (Cultural Center Outskirts Downtown) – also known as Ação Educativa’s little building – is a place for many meetings. Thousands of young people, activists, artists and educators occupy its rooms to share knowledge and artistic experiences or even develop projects of social intervention.
The center offers a rich and diverse monthly program of artistic presentations, exhibitions, courses, lectures and debates. Organizations that intend to carry out their activities in our space can count on well-furnished rooms, equipment and services for projection, recording and online transmission, as well as food services.
