The book Olhar a prática: um exercício de reflexão arises from an experience lived by the Nepso team and by teachers from São Paulo in 2012, who participated in a process of theoretical and practical training in systematization of educational experiences.
Its goals were to create a culture of recording and reflecting on classroom practice, disseminating Nepso’s experience from the perspective of teachers and building a methodology of systematization. In addition, the book builds learning that may be useful for other educators with similar works.
In this book, we highlight the diversity of levels and modalities of teaching in which these teachers worked, which demonstrates the innumerable possibilities of using the methodology in different school contexts: Vânia (PE) worked with students of Youth and Adult Education; Rosângela (RS) worked with Early Childhood Education; Andrea (RJ), Elvira and Cristina (SP), Aline and Carla (DF), Suely and Laene (PE), Adriana and Rubiane (RS) worked with several years of Elementary School; Fabiana and Adriana (MG) worked with a flow correction program in Elementary School.
