It is a guide for, in an objective way, the construction of dialogue groups focused on the reflection, debate and participatory elaboration of new public security policies.
It was used to promote a participatory dialogue among several people – young people, students, professionals and residents – from the region of São Mateus and Sapopemba (neighborhoods of São Paulo) on the subject of public safety in both regions, seeking proposals to provide a safer environment.
Finally, the solutions developed in the dialogue groups were presented in artistic interventions and also served as the basis for the preparation of a report on public safety.
The research will be sent to various civil society groups and to the Ministry of Justice, seeking to influence the development of public security policies.
